The receptionist in the gynaecology clinic is the most proactively rude and aggressive individual I have ever encountered in a business. I called to make an appointment. Just leaving Calvary now. Omg. In a world that is divided and with customer care so often questionable, it doesn’t take much to recognise kindness. My lil trip from surgery to departure was amazing. Everyone from theatre to ward so cooperative and patient focussed. Why wait for a feedback survey that is only seen by small few. St Gerard’s ward nursing staff are the best.
