Rude staff in the GP Access. I was answering routine questions that we've all been required to answer before in a bored and concise manner and out of no where the receptionist goes on a rant about how I've somehow offended her FEELINGS. 1) You're meant to be a professional, act like it. 2) You are not talking to someone you've overheard at the local establishment, you are talking to a PATIENT. I had a serious with my intestines, not picked up until my 3rd visit at a local medical centre. I ended up in emergency at the Calvary Mater. However, I had excellent treatment at the Mater hospital from the nursing staff and the doctors and the surgeon David Richard. The ward Dr Otutaha was also excellent as were the nurses especially the day nurse whose name I've forgotten. Best treatment I've ever had in hospital.
