Don’t believe the pretty pictures!! my mother was there 10 years ago she died within a week. There was one nurse on the floor administering medication‘s to 26 people. No one was there except me to hold her hand and I had to argue with the day nurse about keeping her comfortable eventually that nurse was fired for negligence. If your family is admitted: watch them like a hawk! Life expectancy can take a nose dive due to poor care and neglect! My uncle was admitted into this hospice about six years ago for an end stage renal disease and required regular dialysis as he waited for a transplant. The doctor originally told us he could potentially live up to 3 years on dialysis given his overall health. As there were limited facilities that could accept him, he was sent to Calvary.
