The home manager Julie cray . Her way of speaking was so rude . She seemed impatient while she was talking . So, it is not a good place to visit. Aged care commissioner should look after it
I worked for Balmoral Grove. And I will be honest. I am extremely disappointed with what happened. I was working as a PCA, and in the Activities. I was doing an over night shift as a floater. Where I witnessed abuse via an Indian woman upon residents. I pulled the woman up 3x's for the abuse. 3x's she ignored it. In the last instance I said enough. She left. Our mum and brother moved in here a couple of months back on respite and are now permanent. I cannot fault the place, it's just beautiful, open, clean, the staff are beautiful, Liz and Jenny, the activities coordinators are outstanding! Staff are so enthusiastic during the activities which encourages everyone to participate.. Special mention to Julie the manager, I think you will find most complaints with regards to aged care facilities result from bad management so Julie is integral to the reason this place is just so welco... read more
