David and his team were absolutely amazing.From the first message to the last day of closing, he was there every step of the way!! This was our first home purchase and he truly made it such an easy process by assisting with credit repair and down payment assistance. We were previously working with a different broker and we were constantly getting the runaround .David and his team within forty five days were able to get us approved and funded! They are an extraordinary team, and I highly recommend them to everyone.
We were very anxious about the process despite the fact that this was not our first home purchase. David was able to secure us a very good rate, lower than what I had been quoted by two other lenders. We were approved in a relatively short amount of time thanks to his efforts. Moreover, compared to what I've seen, the closing costs were low. We are very happy and relieved that we went with David and his team at CalUnion. I doubt we could've gotten as good a deal or the attention to our loan with anyone else.
