This is the place where you never want to come beck again! 3hours at a docks and they are still working on me and the guy told me at the beginning it shouldn't take more than an hour!!!! Getting here from major highway is one other Horror story!!! I am staying away forever
wednesdays 10am
The employees here are friendly. Thats the only positive thing here. Truck engine off and windows down so you can hear you being called over the speaker to come to a dock. Once you finally get in the dock, they're gonna take forever to load you. Also, there really isn't room to sit and wait so I wouldnt come too early for appointment.
Not a terrible place to load but… 1. You can’t idle your truck. And there’s a heat warning up for the next few days for most of the country including PA. 2. Or you are expected to wait in a dirty and hot waiting area. See video. 3. No restroom. Would have given it a single star but the people are nice.
