Great to just workout without distractions! Cardio machines and a good assortment of dumbbells, barbells and all the equipment you could possibly need!

24 hour access & peaceful environment & remind me of my football & track & field athletic days.
Everyone there seems to be very nice. It's never extremely crowded. The machines are older models but most work just fine. The place is clean and has a homey feel about it. My whole family has now started going to the gym and so far we are having a blast. I love the 24hr access. After loosing 75lbs on my own this place is exactly what I need for my next step in becoming a healthier version of me.
Gym has a good amount of weight lifting equipment and has optional memberships for 24/7 access, but the cardio equipment is kind of run down/broken. They recently replaced some of the damaged pads on some of the equipment but haven't installed the entirely missing pad on the seated calf machine even though I asked them about it over 3 months ago. Problem is, they leave earlier than the claimed business hours, so I almost never get to speak to them about it.
