I was given over 2 different delivery dates. Someone called to apologize about the miscommunications. They are ridiculous and now i have to wait 2 extra days for my stuff after i was given 2 diffrent dates and times. People are not honest and apartently don't add notes. Customer service was amazing. Do not use this company if your not ok with the run around. They do not take accountability. No discounts given.
Added on expenses at the end of the move. Items damaged and broken. A lot of items missing and took my dolly when they left. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Check them out at the BBB. Only bad reviews.
DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. EVER. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. They are liars. The original quote I got was just over 2k from CA to NV. They showed up to my house the day of the move and demanded 9k and half up front for the moving. And they demanded cash at that, which is not okay. I lost it. I had no options so I told them to move my stuff. This move was supposed to be direct and show up on May 1st to my storage unit that they were paying for. I had a terrible experience with this company. On the day of packing, they attempted to increase the price fourfold, citing triple the estimated time and bringing an additional worker whom they insisted I pay for. As someone experienced in moving and estimating costs, I was shocked to find the final quote for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom house to be over four times the initial estimate.
