Worst experience of my life. Our items were picked up in LaSalle CO on 6/24 for a move to New Iberia LA. The move wasn’t completed until 8/20, it was originally scheduled to arrive within 8-10 business days. The Delivery date kept being pushed back. Finally the pickup was initiated after a letter from our lawyer. So the items were delivered, much of it was damaged or broken, and there are things missing.
The story is way too long to put here in full. The short version is that they didn’t want to deliver my items and then they showed up earlier than we arranged and screamed at me when I had trouble accepting delivery late that night. They extorted me and stole a bunch of money. “You’ll never see your stuff again unless you give us an extra $700 RIGHT NOW.” Even after I paid them they said they might show up if they feel like it! This company lost and damaged our belongings and all they say is "we're sorry" no accountability. Zero empathy. These people are Smart criminals. Most of the time they don't answer the phone. I was put on hold for 40 minutes. My missing items meant a lot to me. Now, I'm having to replace them. Horrendous. Avoid this company. They call themselves Loadrans. Literally broke most of my things. Awful.
