I work at CK in Canton, Ms. This manufacturing company is the worst company I've ever worked for. This place is corrupted from the plant manager to the team leaders on the floor. HR can never help you. It's either deal with it or talk to your supervisor. By the way the supervisors never no what's going on themselves. The majority of them aren't qualified for there job. Bonus?? Good luck with that we barely get 200$ after taxes. Everyone starts off with a ok amount. They deduct absentee, scraped parts, any thing they can poss... read more
I would give it five but we have issues in management. Insurance is excellent, pay is on par. Overall, a great place to work.
Best company I have worked for. Great teamwork. Everyone sincerely cares about each other. Thankful to be part of CK and living in Tennessee.
