Car was extremely scratched after car wash from hand brushes they use before the drive through car wash. Now car needs an expensive paint correction. This could have easily been avoided. I hope management reaches out. Extremely disappointed.
Just left there. Got home to find that they hadn’t removed a single bug from my car and it’s so apparent that I did not get the underbody wash that I always pay for.
This is adjacent to my office. Guys work hard and always do a ice job.
The price just went up and I received the worst car wash ever. The guys that work there try hard but the place is simply to small to keep up with a lot of cars. I would highly advise driving 2 miles south and going to Mr. C's in Lake Orion. They are a class act and they have the room to handle high volume business.
First time using Al's Auto Wash and my rear wiper arm was cracked off. The guy drying our car didn't tell us, but we found out when we got home. Won't be returning and now have to buy a rear wiper arm.
