Our roof was getting near the end of its useful life. We were recommended Calpro after talking to other roofing contractors. The good people at Calpro inspected the roof and presented a fair bid for the scope of the job. They use high quality materials. They completed the work in the amount of time they said. The workmanship appears to be excellent. It was apparent that the guy installing the roof really took pride in his work.

They put the roof on last spring. The first storm recently it leaked. I called on Friday and a young man came Monday to check it. There was confusion at first because he didn’t speak any English at all so with the holiday it took some time to get a report of what was done. I was assured by the company that work had been done. There was a small space around a pipe that needed extra sealant. No one could have anticipated that. The company seems to really care which IMO is not standard in the roofing industry. They kept me informed of their timing the day of the appointment and did arrive within the window. They came the day promised and completed their work as promised. They provided me before and after pictures and were flexible with payment types (I used Zelle). I guess if I were to nit pick, my only observation was that I had to call them to pay and get the after pictures but were prompt once requested. Overall very impressed with their quickness in all aspects and quality work.

This is my second review for Hadley, Luis and the other folks at CalPro. The real test of whether a company is trustworthy comes things don't go as planned... It's how people handle the hard stuff that really shows who they are. Recently I found mold in my converted garage which led to tearing out walls and ceiling. I asked Cal Pro to add on a garage roof to my main house project. They added it at a reasonable price.
