They put the roof on last spring. The first storm recently it leaked. I called on Friday and a young man came Monday to check it. They kept me informed of their timing the day of the appointment and did arrive within the window. They came the day promised and completed their work as promised. They provided me before and after pictures and were flexible with payment types (I used Zelle). I guess if I were to nit pick, my only observation was that I had to call them to pay and get the after pictures but were prompt once requested. Overall very impressed with their quickness in all aspects and quality work.
This is my second review for Hadley, Luis and the other folks at CalPro. The real test of whether a company is trustworthy comes things don't go as planned... It's how people handle the hard stuff that really shows who they are. Recently I found mold in my converted garage which led to tearing out walls and ceiling. I asked Cal Pro to add on a garage roof to my main house project. They added it at a reasonable price. RIP OFF Cal Pro Roofing abandoned the job, took my old roofing material off, took my money and never returned. They never returned then all the rains came in to California. I had no roof lots of water damage they took my $10,000 and never did the job. The crew was telling me that their project manager Abraham is a joke he’s focused on building his house in Flagstaff Arizona.
