Well they don't show up when they are scheduled too, according to the notice on my door, so I'm not sure how their work is yet, but this explains why it's going to take them 11 days to change the boards on a 4'×12' balcony that over hangs my driveway. So I guess I'll just leave my cars parked out on the street until they decide to get around to showing up. Definitely not impressed with or confident in this company. Proceed with caution!!!!!!

Customer treated poorly: I am a 20 year loyal customer having spent at least $50K to $75K over the years for Cal pro's service. Their customer service until recently was good. Several months ago, I met with the owner and he suggested that he would power wash my new home and paint sections of the house (plus touch up), where the power washing was not effective.
