Byron is amazing being both highly skilled and uniquely honest. Within a minute of turning the heater on, he said he thought the problem was a failed condenser, which he changed. REPAIRED! What really impressed me is that Byron made no attempt to upsell me what-so-ever. All I paid was his flat service call and the part. If you have ANY pool electric heater issues, I HIGHLY recommend Byron and Caloosa River Services without reservation.
