Dr. Dolce's office has been nothing but dishonest and evasive in handling an Aetna Dental covered claim from Sept. 2020. After repeated attempts to show Dr. Dolce's office a legitimate dental claim (we overpaid by $170 and are looking for reimbursement for the overpayment), the office staff ignored our written, phone, and in-person requests.
