Took my car in for a quote a few weeks ago and still yet to receive it ,seems a bit strange to me
I went to Calmack Panel and Paint through my insurer after having my car reversed into. They resprayed my passenger fender, front bumper and bonnet. The paint job is faultless and even better than some of the other previously resprayed panels on my car. The reception staff were really friendly and respected my request for the car to not be washed as I like doing it myself. Fantastic service! Went with slight body damage and it was sorted within 15 minutes at no charge. Very impressed!
After hiring a car trailor and borrowing a car that can tow, specifically to make the appointment we had booked for a quote, 2 and a half months later and minimum 6-7 follow up calls later we are still yet to receive a quote. Absolutely SHOCKING customer service and zero communication. If you didnt want the work (which obviously is the case) you should have said so 2 and a half months ago so we could have gone elsewhere earlier. Having just got my car back from another repairer and having a horrible experience, someone hit the back of my car. Refusing to take it back to the previous place we were referred to Calmack Panel and paint. We cannot express how grateful we are to have been referred here.
