After hiring a car trailor and borrowing a car that can tow, specifically to make the appointment we had booked for a quote, 2 and a half months later and minimum 6-7 follow up calls later we are still yet to receive a quote. Absolutely SHOCKING customer service and zero communication. If you didnt want the work (which obviously is the case) you should have said so 2 and a half months ago so we could have gone elsewhere earlier. Having just got my car back from another repairer and having a horrible experience, someone hit the back of my car. Refusing to take it back to the previous place we were referred to Calmack Panel and paint. We cannot express how grateful we are to have been referred here. I had my Camry’s front bumper and headlight repaired at **Calmack Panel and Paint Greenfields** and the result was outstanding. The quality of workmanship was excellent, with everything completed to a very high standard. The complimentary loan car was extremely convenient and made the process stress-free.
