I’m extremely disappointed in the level of care I received from this psychiatrist. I was left without refills for both of my SSRIs—medications I’ve been stable on for some time—without any warning or communication. I only found out I was cut off when the pharmacy notified me. When I reached out, I was told no refills would be issued unless I scheduled an appointment, which would’ve been fine if that expectation had been communicated ahead of time. It wasn’t. I wouldn’t even give it a star, but in order to leave this review I had to I lost my 14 month old child in my arms 10 years ago. I moved from Idaho to New Mexico and I reached out to Calm psychiatry. It was a hassle from the get-go. I was never listened to yet. I was always very respectful. Make a long story short. I flew to Idaho because my best friend lost her husband on the way back due to financial situations.
