I did counceling back in October 2025 and paid my open invoices as they came in. I received an invoice 4/19/26 out of the blue and questioned the timing of it. I called Calm Psyche and asked for more clarity, they said they would call me back. I checked my bank balance today and they took $149.14 out of my checking account without my permission and never called me back to discuss the invoice. I filed a claim with my bank today and will never go back nor refer them ever. Not cool....Get your shit together with your invoicing.
Dr Patel is the best!! She is so attentive & very clearly actually cares and listens. She includes me in my treatment plan and gives me options to make sure I’m getting the best option for my lifestyle. Her staff is also very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Mike was a huge help communicating w my pharmacy and figuring out all the prior authorization business w my pharmacy. So thankful to have found this office!
Mane’sha was thoughtful , and did her research , came up with alternative meds to the ones I’m taking very professional
