My life is better because of Becky Benes. She is an amazing therapist; not only is she completely non-judgmental, and a fantastic listener, but she never forgets what I said on previous visits. She doesn't tell me what I should do, but somehow guides me in the right direction. She is always on time, flexible with scheduling & I feel comfortable in her office.
Calm Horizon's therapy had an incredible support system. Their helpful staff and convenient location made it easy to prioritize my mental health even with a busy schedule. I’m truly grateful for the care and compassion they provide.
