Jennifer Reid is the worst. Never had an issue getting to an appointment except this person. She claimed I missed both appointments, yet 1) she missed the first. not me and I called her out on it 2) there was never an appointment set (usually text couple days before) to confirm next one which she claimed I was a no show to both. I said we can confirm together for next for sure as there is a miscommunication issue (clearly). She sent a message, closed my account and cancelled future appointments, which I couldn't read it....n... read more
