To be honest we were lost and didn’t know what to do in this situation when the hospital said that our beloved grandpa is going to need a hospice care at home and we have only few months… The hospice nurse was very informative and compassionate about the services and support that we could get through the pathway. The administration helped us with funeral arrangements, teaching, supplies and what’s most important the nurses were visiting even at night time if we needed them.
