Suzanne literally saved us. My husband was sent home from the hospital with an undiagnosed infection, and a terrible wound. We were in true need of her skills on very short notice. She was with us in a matter of only a couple hours; it was really a miracle for us. She was calm and encouraging, and got us through a very bad time. She then helped us often over a couple months period with many different medical challenges, as he very slowly healed. She was truly an angel for us!
Second review, repeat customer. Suzanne is truly a gift. Without her coming to our home to do blood draws, I don’t think our son would able to have them done. Our son has a fairly strong needle phobia that results in him crying and yelling. Considering that he’s a big boy, that can be off-putting or even scary to practitioners. But not Suzanne. Suzanne is amazing. She is passionate about giving care to all patients under her wing. As a nurse practitioner I can easily attest to her assessment and monitoring skills. Suzanne and I share patients and I can say I trust her judgment which puts me at ease knowing she is so qualified. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for care either for yourself or your loved one.
Suzanne was a godsend. In the middle of a medical crisis with three kids at home trying to manage new medicines and the stress of family and work life at the same time was too much to wrap my head around. I literally called her from the hospital off of a Google search... she called me back the very next day and was in my home, assisting me with administering medicines the very nexy day. Calm Care under the direction of Suzanne was such a life saver for me when my husband was so ill. She was able to recommend various nursing services who could help me in his care. She is very knowledgeable and in touch with the caregivers in Sussex County. Each company suggested had been vetted by Suzanne and they were excellent. Moreover, Suzanne would often stop by the house to help with his care and inform and reassure us both about next steps and what to expect in his future care.
