The care provided by Calm Care for my mother was terrible. The nurse, although was nice, was not trained for the intended purpose. She was trained to do my mom’s wound vac changes by my sister. Although she was shown how to do it on numerous occasions, it failed almost every time resulting in my sister having to come to redo the dressing change.
