Communication could be better I’ve made multiple attempts to speak to my sons assigned therapist. It takes multiple emails multiple calls. It shouldn’t take all of this to touch basis and get updated.
This business is very welcoming. As you enter it appears more like a spa than a typical therapist business. The staff is very friendly and timely when scheduling appointments not a very long wait for your appointment.
