Came in well after close not knowing fhe friday hours had changed back to 6. The gate was already closed by the, but the staff was very helpful and friendly and let me in and even helped me pick out what i needed. Sorry for coming so late, but thank you so much to Donna, LaRae and Francisco for being so kind and assisting regardless of the time!
Was trying to get a couple of vegetables. Well, we couldn’t because the guy told us he shut down all the registers so we couldn’t make purchases. So we ended up going to one of your competitors and bought a ton of stuff there. I don’t understand why you’d do this when you knew you had customers in here. I guess you didn’t want the business.
Not in the least bit helpful. No greeted us upon entry, we had small plants-did not give us a bag or assistance. They were glued to the checkout when no one was in line. The plant quality has taken a turn, plants were falling apart as soon as you picked them up. I have been a regular for some time. One of the plants blew away- of course help would have been nice to prevent this. An upsetting adventure on a beautiful Sunday.
Por lo general voy a buscar mis plantas sin hacer preguntas porque mi inglés es limitado. Pero hoy fué diferente porque Samuel estuvo ahí para atenderme en mi idioma. Samuel se portó muy educado y a pesar de que apenas tiene pocos días en éste lugar me ayudó en todo lo que necesité. Regresaré cuando el esté trabajando para elegir mis próximas plantas y accesorios. Gracias Samuel!
