Josh was excellent in his his knowledge of plants and design excellent customer service and a pleasure to work with for my landscaping project!
I recently was in the store and I brought in a pictire of my yard. Josh helped me with the selection of plants and offered installation as well. Josh and his staff were extremely helpful, professional, and great to work with.
This is my favorite Calloways!! Their stock is a little smaller than other Calloways, but their employees are super willing to help and are very knowledgeable. I’ve been helped by at least 3 different employees and they all had master gardener backgrounds or other plant/ecology background. I am creating a pollinator garden and want to focus on native plants and plants that are well adapted/water wise and not invasive, and this store has been the most helpful with staff knowledge and selection of plants.
At some of the big box stores for DIY, I may have gotten lucky with a check out clerk who knew a little bit about product. But here I got to interact with Sarah who has a graduate degree related to horticulture and had been working at Callaway's for six years! Greeted me within seconds of me walking in and helped me every step of the way to find the perfect fertilizer for our situation, which was laying down a couple of pallets of new sod.
