Joshua is an absolute delight! It’s too long and boring of an ordeal to burden whoever reads this with, but Joshua initiated fixing this issue without me asking for even expecting it to be rectified. In 2026 we are surrounded by low effort or mediocre effort by everyone . Joshua went above and beyond, like I haven’t seen in a store manager or employee in many years. We had such a great experience working with Layne! She helped us pick out the perfect plants and a beautiful fountain for our front yard. Her knowledge of plants is truly impressive, and she went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we needed. Layne was so friendly, patient, and made the whole process easy and fun. Definitely ask for Layne when you go — she’ll take great care of you!
This Calloway's locations is amazing. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The manager, Josh, is amazing - he recently helped us find the perfect garden centerpiece (bird bath) and then carried it to the car for us (unnecessary, but nice touch!)
