Our sessions focus on the "after burn", the calories burned after the workout while the body is at rest. Maven Training Camps focus on functional movement, strength & endurance as well as posture & balance.

Do not Join – I joined Calloway health and fitness, at the time of joining I asked the sales person if I could cancel if I moved and I told her I just may have to due to a court date of my divorce...She said yes no problem just give them notice and they will cancel the agreement...I do not remember signing any contract and did not receive any copy of a contract. Calloways*The best Gym EVER* – The gym in Calloways is amazing and beautiful. It is huge. It has an indoor track, some raquet ball rooms, indoor pool, outdoor pool, a lot of weight rooms, a lot of cardio rooms, and a spinning room. It is beautifully decorated and it doesn't look dirty at all. You can tell that the owner MUST have put a lot of money into it. The cardio room has treadmills and eliptical trainers, all from old to new. So much variety. And the spinning class doesnt just have like 2 spinning bikes like other gyms... read more
Contracts ment to screw members – The Membership contracts are financial agreements to FINANCE the yearly Membership, not a month to month plan. They do not allow any exception on canceling memberships. I was a member for 2 years and I had 4 months left on my 2nd year contract, and they would not let me cancel my membership, I even sent them a 30 notice with 30 day payment. They have HORABLE Customer Service.
gross/ not one star- 0 stars! – Ladies Bathroom water did not work for about 2 months/ still no locks on the stall doors. They don't turn the A/C on in the aerobic class area. The pool was green all of last summer. The owner is rude. Too high priced. Go elsewhere.
Great Health Club-New Manager Is Great – Has a great pool, lots of machines to use, plus a updated nursery that looks great. My children love going in there. And a very friendly staff and manager.
Good work out but a sweat shop! – Good overall place to work out. Very poor facilities for shower and steam room etc. The concept is there but new equipment and (mens never been in the womens) old steam rooms, showers and dressing rooms just dont work in 2006 for a club with that kind of price. It 's like driving a new lexus in the summer with out AC. Very sweaty. Hopefully it will catch up with the rest of the world of court clubs outside of LA.
Best Health club around. – Love the new manager and what she has done with the place. Lots of machine and always a friendly staff. My children love the daycare.
User review by mikefoster – I feel it is a good value. You have an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, hot tubs and steam rooms in each locker room. Various classes and instructors are available. You can see that the management puts money back into the gym and equipment. Staff used to be friendly and knowledgable but now there are all new staff who do not seem to care about guests and do not know about the gym or training.
