Very secure and 24 hour access to your unit. The owner/manager is very nice and almost always available. Love the built in safety features (key cards, burglar alarms, personal locks, etc).
I've had no issues with my storage unit, and I haven't much experience with storages but Calloway Road Storage seems to be an excellent storage provider ran by people who take keeping your unit and the belongings you keep inside it safe seriously.
I am waiting on a refund. Can you guys give me an update? I made the reservation under "Rhyan" Wiita. I didn't get any kind of confirmation. My debit card was charged. I tried to contact you by email and didn't get a response. I didn't get a confirmation that my reservation has been made. And I didn't get a confirmation that it has been canceled. But I talked to you on the phone briefly about this matter. I was told the charges would be removed without penalty
