I've had good experience with Calloway road storage. However I did have a leak on the the roof and got some of my boxes wet and the floor was wet but they were quick to get on the roof and fix it and I didn't find any items that were affected in the boxes.
We have had our unit for a month now and it has been wonderful! The only complaint is we wernt able to create our own entry code so we have to take a paper with us everytime we enter.🤣 I blame my dyslexia not them.
You store things there, and pay a monthly charge. What more can I say. No drama, headaches or issues here.
