We have had our unit for a month now and it has been wonderful! The only complaint is we wernt able to create our own entry code so we have to take a paper with us everytime we enter.🤣 I blame my dyslexia not them.
You store things there, and pay a monthly charge. What more can I say. No drama, headaches or issues here.
Great service and the people are amazing
I have been using Calloway Road Storage for years...since about 2010 when I first moved to Texas. Over the years, I had to move away and couldn't bring my things with me. So, I left it all in my storage unit until I could come back to get it. When I finally moved back to Texas, all my things were still there. No evidence of damage or tampering. I've had several instances where I had to call the storage center (or they called me) for billing issues and they were always kind and helpful. They have only raised their rates twice... read more
I’ve been with them almost 20 years and plan to stay until I change jobs. They are professional and been great communicators over any issues that have arisen with power outages and such. Appreciate them!
