Took them 3 trips to maybe get it correct(?) First trip, young guy came out, spent a little over an hour, never removed grills, bent a few trying to get his 3 foot wand in. No, they do not bounce an air hose down the ducts to loosen stuff. I called and complained, got this Doug, turns out to be the Father of the kid who came out. He got an attitude w/me. Originally, we chose Calloway to remediate some mold in an area of our basement. The entire process took a little over a month, which seemed like it was longer than it should have been. Their team had to come our twice to treat our basement because members of their management did not feel it was performed correctly the first time.Five months later, evidence of mold reappeared. Very poor service. Had to clean our ducts properly ourselves. Came to our house to clean ducts, took them 45 mins. 2 days later we cked our filter, it was filthy. The owner of this company should come to our house and see the work that was done ( lack of work) by his employees.

We had basement flooding in May 2020 from heavy rains and called several companies to help us with our emergency, but due to the demand the rains created, it was very difficult to get anyone to respond promptly. Calloway was very prompt in answering our call, and getting someone to our house to asses the damage. They seemed very professional at first. I had a bathroom ceiling ruined by tub leakage above. I contacted Calloway restoration who sent an estimator out in August. Two and 1/2 months later the job was mostly complete. I had workers that did not show up as scheduled on multiple occasions, workers that said they would call ahead and let me know they were coming and on several occasions called from my driveway telling me they were here. I had a leak in my basement and needed a professional to check it out. It was 7:30am, I called Calloway's 24/7 line and a gentleman named Garry was there by 9:00am. Mind you, it was 5 days before Christmas and Calloway had someone at my house as if I booked an appointment in advance. Furthermore, Garry was skilled, professional, and had great customer service. My basement flooded. I called Calloway because another contractor recommended them. I spoke to Tom. Tom scheduled a time to come out and look at the damage. After looking at the damage, he told my daughter that he would be getting back to her "shortly" with an estimate. After a week of waiting, my daughter called. No answer. Left a voicemail. Ryan and his team were prompt in responding to our request to treat a shed that had been infested with rodent urine. Out of 4 restoration companies that I contacted, Ryan got back to me first, and completed the job within two days. Two of those companies I have still never heard back from. From start to finish they were professional, the cost was reasonable, and they did an excellent job in making the shed usable again. We could not be happier!
