Very fair, appraiser answered all my questions. Very thorough and smart. I feel good knowing what I need to do to get my house ready to sell.
Used this service for an appraisal and there were several inaccuracies in the appraisal. Land size was miscalculated and blamed on software. Had a three car garage on last appraisal, now we have a two car garage according to appraiser?? Put 40k in the home, Granite counter tops and bar, added a finished room, added an office with custom cabinets and a granite top desk. Enclosed pantry and laminate floors in office and extra room. None of these added a pennies worth of value to my home according to this appraiser. Don't waste... read more
