The timeliness was great and Joe, the technician was kind and fast to answer my questions - and performed his job fast. But when it came time to pay my bill, he charged me double what he quoted on the springs. I understood that it was $308+tax for both springs. After the job was done, I was charged $335 for EACH spring... Which is much higher than anyone else charges. I feel a little ripped off and would not use this company again in the future.
