No one showed up for my appointment. 🤷🏼♀️ I arrived at 10:50am for my 11:00am appointment and proceeded to wait almost an hour outside while the spa remained closed and no one showed up to open it. I called a few times hoping I’d be able to get ahold of someone, but it went to voicemail every time. I planned my day around this appointment and waisted 1.5 hours of my time, so of course I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of service. Had a lovely time with Gavy. My second time going with her and she's amazing. Attentive to detail and takes her time. I have hard time finding a good nail salon, but this is a great place to visit.
Must try this place very professional and clean
