Whomever answering that phone when customer call for assistance needs a better attitude or a new job . It’s no way a customer willing to spend money should be treated with “how many I help you” cutting the customer off after saying “Goodmorning , how are you doing today? I would like to” .. instantly cut off “how may I help you.” If you took the time to listen to how you can actually customer you wouldn’t have had to repeat it twice and hang up.
Drove from humble yesterday! My pasta was terrible! Money wasted. Dry as hell, even tho I asked for more sauce. Yall falling off!! Used to be my favorite place. SMH. What a waste!!
