Pros: Great management and maintenance team. Very timely responses and good hours. Small company not buying up and price gouging areas, they didn't sell out to boardwalk that owns THE ENTIRE SURROUNDING AREA FOR BLOCKS and I hope they never do. Great gym Well renovated/kept suites Good laundry services with coinmatic. Pay through your phone. Visitor parking stalls Area is safe.
