They don’t do refunds, but sale filthy items and tell you that you just find something the same price to exchange. Customer service is blasé, and less than satisfying. Whoever owns this needs to do better.
I took the time to read the reviews for Calling All Greeks and I am truly sorry that my clerks have had the attitudes that I am reading about today. For the store to be closed and someone is there is totally unacceptable. Also for you to feel as a burden is not be be tolerated. Thank you for this input. These things will not happen again. The customer service is EXTREMELY lacking at this establishment. I was the only customer in the building, yet I had to greet the customer service rep myself, 3 minutes after entering the building. I asked to see a product on the wall and I was met with a attitude like I was bothering her. I love to patronize black owned businesses but the visits here are going to be few, far, and in between.
