State Farm takes your premiums but refuse to pay your claims, etc. Additionally, I guess my black skin makes Kayla at Wendy Folmar’s State Farm Office in Brewton, Alabama comfortable to laugh in my face, raise her voice at me and then hang up in my face when I have questions on my policy and them not paying my insurance claims. Unprofessional. If I were a white woman, she wouldn’t have done that.
