Pretty upset with this company. I called to voice my concern about a leak in my wall that is coming out of a light switch because they didn’t not lay concrete correctly and caulk the top of a window above our door. They said, “ home isn’t under warranty, so there’s nothing we can do.” Didn’t even recommend someone I could call to fix their mistake. I’m concerned for the rest of my home. If they can’t do something like that correctly, what else is wrong with the home? Do not trust these people to build your home correctly
Bought a new home in this subdivision. The sales specialist Jim Grady sucks and is insincere in all aspects, after we bought the home he just stopped responding to questions my wife and I had. Also during the buying process his responsiveness in providing requested details was not that great. His actions alone were not enough to dissuade me from doing business here. Everyone else I've dealt with is great, this includes Matt and Olivia (superintendents), they will respond and take care of anything you need for your new home. ... read more
