Been a customer for years. They have always been courteous and helpful. They've never tried to talk me into things I don't need or want. As a woman it's nice to have mechanics who treat me with respect. And I have never felt that they tried to "pull one over" on me.
Great experience, did exactly what I asked of them and didn't try and upsell me on anything. No other shop I can think that would do that. Will definitely become a repeat customer.

My friends had recommended Kinback because of their service department and great customer care. I had an issue with a miss in my truck engine and decided that I would have Kinback look at my problem truck. I was called and informed that my motor had an issue with compression. The motor was junk. Sam and I discussed my situation and he helped me come to a decision that would be the best outcome for me.
