Lacking basic customer service in quoting process for UT cleaning of my blinds. "My fault" I didn't say that a tall ladder would be needed for 2 of the blinds. When we agreed I would pay more for this I was told "I can tell you are the kind of person that's never satisfied so just take your business elsewhere". OK I will. Others should too.
Hired them to clean the carpet's in a condo my mom just purchased. They were very accommodating, professional, and prompt. I will forever use them for all carpet and upholstery cleaning!
I had a large, icky pet stain on a light carpet and needed an urgent clean up. After trying to reach another company that I had used in the past to no avail, I called Callebs & Son. They were able to come the same day. They were professional, friendly and did a fantastic job. I wished I had taken a before and after photo but trust me when I say you would never be able to tell there was anything there. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again.
Just had these guys clean our carpet and stairs. They were able to remove a stain that another company could not and both father and son were very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again if we need to.
