I’ve been doing business here for about 8 years, although I must admit customer service has gone out the window. I have been trying to get info on my taxes which I have not received for 5 months and yet when I call I get attitude, nobody knows anything and worst of all they hang up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PEOPLE LIKE THUS EVER!!! Miami is full of tax places to go, no need to deal with unprofessional staff and attitudes to find out info.
