We've been going to Callbeck for more than 25 years and completely trust them. They are very skilled and knowledgeable and they do not push unnecessary procedures, meds, or foods. After moving to Mississauga, we have tried local vets but end up going back to see the Callbeck team to keep our dogs alive and healthy. Others tried to get us to do drastic surgeries after incorrect diagnoses but Dr. Snider always saves the day.
I was looking for a vet close to home. I couldn’t been happier with my first visit to this veterinary clinic. The staff was so friendly and the doctor was amazing. Everything was explained in full detail and you definitely didn’t feel rushed. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and took care of my dog. The follow up call was so helpful. If you’re looking for a vet, this clinic was awesome, look no further. The prices were reasonable and care is exceptional, They really care about your pet at this clinic ❤️
I’d like to thank Dr. Snider and the entire team for the amazing care they gave my Rabbit. Dr Snider was compassionate and honest. My bunny’s eye surgery went very well and he was acting like himself again so quickly afterward. I’m so grateful for the kindness and professionalism we received. I highly recommend this clinic
Made our last moments with our beloved pet more stressful than I could imagine. Zero EMPATHY. Didn't listen to any of our comments. Continued to call my elderly father AFTER my poor review to argue with me about my rating. It was our experience and nothing will change my mind. Our 19 yr old chihuahua was blind, deaf and had spinal cord issues. I was told if I didn't step back from the table( to cradle him in my arms) I would be removed from the premises. Absolutely amazing staff. We've had 3 cats now taken to Callback and nothing but great service and professionalism. Beautiful facility also, would highly recommend to everyone!
