Absolutely amazing staff. We've had 3 cats now taken to Callback and nothing but great service and professionalism. Beautiful facility also, would highly recommend to everyone!
Love all the staff there!!! They truly care about your pet and offer you guidance in whatever you need. Our boy hates going there, but it's not because of the staff..lol..he's just a little scaredy boy!

I have a 6 yo Disabled dog. I called to see if i could get an emergency appointment because we noticed blood in his pee. Wr are new to oshawa and didnt have a chance to move his file to a vet in the area. Unfrotunetly i was told they have no vets available. No alternate solutions no compassion. Big red flag if your looking for a place to look after your pets care.
