My mom has an old security system that was not functioning properly and sometimes alarming in the middle of the night. She called Callaway Security to see if they could help disconnect the system. Rob Callaway helped walk my mom step by step through how to disconnect her system. He was kind and patient with her every step of the way. We really appreciated his time and knowledge of the system and the assistance with disconnecting so there are no more middle of the night wake ups.

I would love to give a better score, and maybe I can at some point, but I’ve asked Callaway to come out to my business on 2 separate occasions, and they have. I need a quote to transfer services from our current company. I have yet to receive that quote. I even gave the representative my business card with exact email address and phone number to contact me. I’m literally trying to give you my business and can’t seem to get you to want it bad enough.

Jonathan, Jake, Levi and Josh were at my home over the course of two days installing my network, security, ceiling speakers and more from A-Z. These gentlemen were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. They did great work, they answered all my questions, and I am grateful for their assistance and services.
