I call for an estimate of my church building to get a complete installation of complete fire system. Ready to move forward. This guy that came name was Robert. Before he enter our building he quote 80K immediately without and assessment. He was very short as if he did not want to serve us. Very disconnected and rude.
I’ve been a Callaway Security customer for over 17 years and could not be more pleased! The guidance they provided when we were ready to upgrade our system was invaluable as were the numerous options available for any budget. What’s more important however is the customer service they provide after the sale. From installation, to self inflicted false alarms, and anything in between Callaway is immediately responsive and they actually care. Highly recommend.
