I’ve been a Callaway Security customer for over 17 years and could not be more pleased! The guidance they provided when we were ready to upgrade our system was invaluable as were the numerous options available for any budget. What’s more important however is the customer service they provide after the sale. From installation, to self inflicted false alarms, and anything in between Callaway is immediately responsive and they actually care. Highly recommend.

Worse security company! If I could give them a zero I would! For months the security panel was sticking and after paying Johns Creek $450 because you couldn’t get the alarm to turn off in time because the numbers stuck! But the service was even worse you tell them what the problem is they come out “Assess it” ok well I have to come back I don’t have the proper equipment!
