Living in Callaway was a great experience! It is so conveniently located which helps when campus parking is full or there is a home game. The amenities are great! I loved the gym and study space. My unit was in great condition.

I went to visit a friend @ 9pm and parked where I was told to park by my friend. The sign did read for leasing office but my friend who lives there assured me it was ok because leasing office is closed. Needless to say 2 hours later my car was gone. I feel there should be a sign added saying tow at all times. Calloway is contracted with L & A towing and the towing company says they have a full time job simply towing from Calloway. The only positive thing I can say about Callaway House Apartments is its convenient proximity to campus. Unfortunately, that’s where the benefits end. My overall experience here has been frustrating and disappointing. The building itself is poorly constructed with many features feeling rushed and cheaply done. My unit had misaligned sinks and other visible signs of sloppy workmanship. The elevators frequently break down, often without prompt repair. I must say I am writing this as the father of a student who lives here......if you want your child to stay at the best apartments in Norman you have found the right place. Susan obviously hires incredible people as I assure you I have likely spoken to every person that works there starting a year before my daughter moved in. From me calling to get every detail about the signing up process, move in process and payment process to trying to confirm a parking space....I was blown away by the experience i had. This apartment complex is run by an amazing individual named Susan, she's very kind and she's patient with the onslaught of activity at this time of year. Student housing is chaotic, there is a lot of hustle and bustle, miscommunication and multitasking! This woman handles it with such aplomb and kindness and gratitude and patience she deserves a cape! Cannot ask for a more pleasant and understanding atmosphere.
