After buying driver for over $500 realized it had wrong shaft and emailed Callaway and no response so I called and spoke to Luke and his supervisor to find out that they said they can’t do anything for me to swap out shaft. Just 2 days before I called, I ordered full set of irons 4-pw,aw,52,56, and a 5 wood besides about $800 in apparel. I bought the Oworks 7s putter. I love the putter. Alignment is great. But really would like to adjust the weights. I cannot find anywhere that has these kits. Please advice.
Love my new custom Rogue Irons and Driver. When I can afford it I will get the 3 wood as well. I also love my new Odyssey O works 7s Black!!!!!!! You guys are awesome. Only thing that could make it better is for you to send me some free Chrome Softs lol. Thanks
All I can say is they are just making great stuff. Appealing to the eye and the performance is amazing!
This is the first time ive been disappointed with a Callaway product. Brand new 3wood, 5 months old only played 5 or sixe rounds with it. Maybe hit about 300 balls at the range with it and the head cracked just below the logo. See pic in comments. Probably no product guarantee. I had a crappy set of rams that I beat up for nearly a decade..never any structural damage. My next 3 wood probably wont be a callaway unless customer service can do something about it.
I recently called to complain about my Odyssey Versa #9 putter and how the face plate was separating and with no questions asked they are sending me a new putter. I’m overwhelmed with how great their customer service was and how they backed their product. I’m a Callaway customer for life!
Not very happy with their chrome soft golf balls. Played a round and by the 14th hole the ball cracked and split. Who know went it started to faulted. New ball straight out of the sleeve. Pictures to prove it.
3 days into owning a Rogue sub zero... well my second one, first 18 holes with the first one cracked the head where the crown meets the face. Miss a day of golf on to the range next day with a new head guess what cracked same spot. Not even 2 rounds deep and two drivers down with a tournament this weekend can I trust another head to make it two days? Can’t believe I spent 550 just to make a drive to pick up a new one every other time I want to play. Who knows maybe third times a charm...
Customer service replaced an old-ish 3 wood whose faced collapsed just hitting a ball. Surprising to see a company with that level of commitment to the reliability of its product.
