They make decent products, but their customer service is awful. Ordered a new putter on when it was listed as 'in stock'. After a week I started to wonder why it hadn't shipped. Was told it would ship in the next several days. When that didn't happen, I followed up and was told is was back ordered for 6 weeks. Couldn't give me the refund I wanted. What a poorly run company, guess I'll be playing with someone else's putter in the bag.

So I then struggled a bit at times and then blew up in a tournament....and I do mean blew up. I didn’t ever do that with my Callaways though...so then got some advice on some things and went back to a different set of Steelhead XR’s...improved ones.
