The guy is the worst. He came in with a bad attitude and gave me a bad appraisal for the trouble. If you here this name run or ask for another company. I cannot stress enough how unprofessional this experience with was.
It took this company less than 30 minutes to decide that my home was "dated", and not worth the price our buyer had offered. We have just put around 45 thousand dollars into this home for updates including flooring, granite and kitchen updates, landscaping and outdoor buildings, painting inside and out, new ac, and a total pluming reroute. We do not have a mortgage, and do not need to sell to buy another home, but our buyers were upset that they lost their dream home. I would not recommend this company.
