History Established in 2016. Due to growth and demand for services in Alvin, SFACHN has opened two additional sites: the Women and Children's Health Center and SFACHN Administration where we provide psychiatry, group & individual counseling services. The Center's newest location is our Stephen F. Austin Dental Care Associates located at 1506 E Broadway Street which opened in May of 2017. In the Center's first year of service 1,025 patients received care, In 2016 the number of people that received care was 11,923.
