Do not move here! I lived there for about a year and the manager had a grudge against my son bc he didn’t get along with hers! To this day a 400 dollar bill shows up on my credit report! I paid it in full when I moved out but I know she hid my debt and reported me to the Credit bureau! I finally am giving up disputes and going to have to pay it again!!!!!!

I remember... Right before the Hurricane Laura hit, my AC was working just fine in the heat of the day Yesterday, but not working at 4 PM on 8/25/2020. I texted and asked for help before dinner time ...in just a few second ... our dear Manager texted back ... and guess what...we enjoyed our dinner in the cool air condition and wondering ... where..where else can you find a place like this? But...That's just a snapshot of our life in Callaway Bay Apartment near Tyndall Air Force Base ... year 2020 one summer night

Buyer beware this property has multiple oeners depending what building you look at. There is one person who is putting on there lease agreement as Callaway as owner. Not true the owner is an individual . Check your lease agreement. Dont pay rent when told you have to leave portion payable to line blank. Some of the owners are good people but the one that portays as Callaway apts not so much
