Everyone at Callas Rennsport is highly professional. Tony Callas, the owner, introduced himself and was extremely knowledgable, friendly and helpful. The service Advisor, David Ryder, went out of his way to solve my issue. I have a 2016 Porsche Cayenne with a dipped headlight warning. They diagnosed the problem, a burnt out bulb, and removed and checked each of the two headlight assembles, including the ballasts, to make sure there were no other issues. The team at Callas Rennsport is incredibly knowledgeable. I took my Porsche 997.1 C2S in for its first service under my ownership. Since it was the car’s first time in at Callas, they completed a very thorough inspection. I am very happy to have found an honest and knowledgeable go to shop for my current and future Porsche services.
I brought in my Cayenne because I was concerned about a clunking sound when braking. Callas Rennsport diagnosed the prior shop who performed the brake job had incorrectly cross-threaded the main caliper bolts which was causing the clunking sound. They replaced the bolts and solved the problem. They were quick, honest and super competent.
Tony is truly passionate about engineering and about making sure things work exactly as they should. Combined with his passion for Porsche, that makes him an absolute guarantee of quality when it comes to Porsche mechanical repairs. Highly recommended.
