If i could give this company a ZERO rating i would ! My Experience is the same as others who have had bad experiences with them.Mike C******* has a * ****, named Christine who screens his calls and runs interference for him .She is very adept at attempting to shift blame and screening his calls for him.He never returns calls and turns his phone off if your persisitant in trying to reach him .He never plows when plows when needed ,you have to call him and hope that he shows up.so much for having a contract ,this guy is nothin... read more
The fact that they have an A+ rating just blows my mind. My 85 year old father in law needed a service because he recently had a heart procedure and wasn't allowed to do his driveway himself. We found Callahan's advertised in the paper and called. Let's just say you get what you pay for. They have come 3 times so far this year despite the fact we probably have had 60" of snow in Irondequoit. If you live by the lake you know that you get more snow than what they get at the airport.
